Week 15 — Documentation Week

In Week 15, Alpha Devs completed the Final Report for J Arena — a web-based football field booking system built for a Sport Hall in Johor. The team documented the full system across all sections, including the project background and problem statement, eight measurable objectives, 41 functional requirements, non-functional requirements covering security, performance, and usability, formal use case narratives for all critical flows, and a detailed breakdown of the three-tier Spring MVC architecture. The documentation process turned out to be more than just paperwork — revisiting every module, business rule, and edge case through writing helped the team verify that the system truly meets the goals it was built to achieve.  Check out the live system here :   https://shop-key-89560808.figma.site/ Also see our Final report here:     https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_4K4LKuIqsB9eoFBqoBUp2otscT6q7nHJx-wkuSZzb4/edit?usp=sharing

Here's a breakdown of what each module looks like now: Booking, Field & Schedule Customers can now browse all available football fields through a clean card-based grid layout. Each card shows the field name, location, price per hour, and availability status. Clicking "Book Now" takes the user to a booking form where they can pick a date, select a time slot, and choose the...
