As part of our Community Service Learning (CSL) initiative, our team reached out to J Arena , a sports facility football synthetic field venue located in Iskandar Puteri that provides a space for recreational and competitive sports activities and event bookings. We conducted an online meeting where all team members participated alongside the stakeholder to better understand the needs and challenges faced by the organization. Through this session, we identified a key issue — the lack of real-time booking synchronization in their current system, which can lead to double-booking and inaccurate availability displays.
